Refund policy

At Tamar’s Collection, every bundle is sourced, inspected, and packaged with intention. Due to the nature of raw hair extensions and for the safety of all customers, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and quality-control purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair extensions, including bundles, closures, frontals, or wigs.

Order Adjustments (Within 5 Hours)

We understand that mistakes happen. Customers may request an order adjustment within 5 hours of placing the order.

Eligible adjustments include:

  • Updating lengths

  • Updating textures

  • Updating quantities

  • Updating contact information or shipping details

Adjustment Rules

  • Adjustments must be equal in value or higher.

  • If the adjustment increases the total, an updated invoice will be sent, and it must be paid before the order is confirmed for shipping.

  • Requests received after the 5-hour window will not be honored, as your order may already be in processing or prepared for shipping.

Order Concerns

If you believe there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we take product integrity seriously and will review any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
